Zerorez does not soak my carpet like other cleaning companies, and the cleaning solution smells wonderful, unlike some other cleaning companies I've had that have a strong chemical smell. I technicians were very efficient and friendly. The carpet was extremely dirty due to concrete dust that plumbers had stirred up by jackhammering my basement for a week to install new pipes and now it looks brand new!

They made my carpets look like new! I highly doubt this company. I’ve used them before and will only use them in the future.

The tech who came to my house was very friendly and professional. He explained the services and made recommendations. Dave made my carpets look almost new and that was not an easy feat!

The product was not harsh at all and is pet friendly. My carpets were dry within a few hours. The citrus scent of the cleaning products was refreshing and also light, did not trigger a headache or migraine. The spot remover used cleaned old stains. I bought my house in June and have no idea how or what the stains were on the older carpets.
