I ate a question. I was surprised that little squares of waterproof paper were not put under the legs of the couches and tables. I’m concerned what the dampness is going to do to the furniture and the carpeting. All the other companies I have had in the past have used little protective barriers.

The young men that came to my elderly mother's home came with smiles on their faces. They were so sweet, informative, hardworking, and helpful. There were very stubborn stains that we never thought would come out of the carpet, but they got them out. It didn't take very long either. Rug looks great.

Brandon and Carlo saved the day. They were Excell at what they did and really changed my mind about not coming back. They deserve a raise. Carpets looked great when they left.

Very prompt and courteous service. Rep/Tech was very polite and helpful and got the job done with no issues. I only had straight forward cleaning with no extras as I have newer rugs but do have pets and he was very thorough. I have just reccomended this service to my daughter-in-law and they will be using it as well.

Kevin was on time, kind and helpful. Removed stains I didn’t think would come out and did a thorough job. Price was less than quote I got elsewhere.

Technician was great - very diligent, went directly to work on the carpets and did not stop until the job was completed. He did as thorough a job as possible. However, I am not convinced the Zerorez cleaning process (whatever cleaners are used) are really worth the hype. Deep down, the carpets may be cleaner and sanitized, but the visual finished result was not noticeably better. The carpets did not LOOK cleaner.

Your service was easy to order, prompt arrival after phone call advising you were enroute. Easy to pay and this is multiple times I have used your service with excellent results everytime.
