This was my first experience in having my air ducts cleaned. Zerorez was prompt, and upfront about the process and all the services offered. While explaining the process they showed me the other services that were available, but didn't force those services on me. I ended up adding an extra furnace cleaning to my services. Both serviceman were extremely respectful of my home, and diligent about the whole process. When the cleaning was over they explained and showed me where they made the cuts in the duct work, and how those cuts were sealed and secure again. Later in the day they also emailed me the before and after pictures for reference. I would highly recommend using Zerorez, and I do plan on using them again in the future. Both servicemen deserve a 10/10 rating.
