It was very easy to make an appointment. The technicians ( I believe Dan and Justin?) were very helpful, friendly, and clean, which is a plus for me! The pricing was fair, and the project took the time they said it would. I would recommend Zerorez as the process was painless.

Except for one glitch (a badly cut rug mat) we were very happy with your carpet and duct cleaning services. The gentlemen who delivered the rug mat fixed the problem by cutting the mat on the spot.

Had two couches cleaned and TBH I don't think they looked this nice when I first bought them. Great service, done in a reasonable amount of time and I would definitely have furniture cleaned by Zerorez again.
