The man that came to give us an estimate Was very knowledgeable and very courteous. He took his time while he was here, we originally had three area rugs to show him, and we even gave him a fourth to take with him. He gave us several options for estimates. He said he would be doing the work himself. His name was Paris. He did not pressure us for any type of decision. So we had him take all four rugs, knowing that he would be doing the work himself, and when we asked him questions about his employment, he was very open about what a good company zero red was. In fact, we are waiting for him to return the rugs as our neighbor has asked whether or not she can have an estimate on her house as well

Your associate was very nice and explained what he was going to do and the time frame to do it. He also mentioned other services you provide then went about his business. He said everything should be dry within 12 to 24 hours, it dried within 12 hours which we liked. Also there were no cleaning product odors.

Our Zerorez carpet cleaner was so amazing! He came on time & even gave me a heads up he was on his way! I accidentally only booked one room, but he was able to get all of the others completed that I wanted as well. He took his time making sure to focus on the problem areas that we discussed in our initial walkthrough. I have three boys in the house (including a newborn) that he worked around while he was here, made them laugh, & showed them what he was doing. To top it off, my carpets looked amazing afterwards! The customer service was unmatched! Thank you!!
