I like the low water usage so that the carpet doesn't take as long to dry - yet still seems clean.

The couch did take a long time to dry. When the operator left I realized he had put all the couch cushions back in place. It would never dry like that! So I had to go over and disassemble it and stand the cushions up to dry.

Techs Toney and Devon were absolutely amazing. Quick, clean and tidy. Would recommend them to anyone, and would request them again in my home. I only had one large room and a hallway, so I think the price was a bit high. Advertised as 3 rooms(no measurements) for 129.00, but I have 1 large room, living and dining (2?), plus a 4\15 hallway. Charged way extra for the hallway. Prici my not equivalent with square footage, but then again, you make your own rules. Would I recommend the service providers? YES. Would I recommend the service? Only if you check square footage .

Dan did a great job with our carpets. He arrived right on time, explained to me what the process would be, how long it would take to do our carpets, and what to expect. He was very professional.

He was courteous, adked if i had questions, looked at the fabric to identify type and areas that may need added attention, reviwed what he was going to use and got to cleaning the furniture.
