The technician was courteous. He explained everything he was going to perform and answered my questions. He was very careful performing the cleaning and working around the large furniture items that could not be moved.

The person who did the work was polite and efficient. He took the time to review the whole job first and then did the work. I liked the way the bill was itemized. He explained the various services clearly. He knew every part of the job from start to finish.
