Outstanding results on my carpets. All stains completely removed. Carpets look like new. Every step of the process was explained to me in detail by the technician. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable in his use of cleaning equipment. Price very reasonable. I highly recommend Zerorez to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned. You could tell how important the customers are to the technician and l am very satisfied with the results.

Cody was awesome. Great communication skills keeping us informed of his schedule--he worked for us on a Saturday. The product cleaned our carpets very well--including a game room carpet that had not been cleaned since installation 20 years ago.
We appreciated the service by very professional & knowledgeable technician Daniel.
Very pleased with the quality of work and outcome of the carpets cleaned.
My only suggestion is that when booking a new client such as myself, it may be important to remind client that dry time can take up to 8 hours.
We were able to open windows, and run fans ( until November evening became too cold for open windows) , but our bedroom carpets were not dry until early morning from a 3 PM cleaning.
I would just suggest that to new customers, we will book a much earlier appointment next time & plan the cleaning when weather is warmer.
Overall, very pleased with the outcome !
