Greg was the best. Took his time and was so friendly. He made sure ever part of the rug was cleaned and extracted a lot of the water. My rugs only took 4 hours to be completely dry. I love zero Rez because no soapy residue when it was dry. My carpets look brand new. I recommend Greg to do my rugs all the time. I don’t want anyone to hurry up. He took his time.
