Service tech was awesome! Not all stains came out, but I knew it was going to be a tough job. The one area of rug I didn't think would come clean did because the tech took extra steps for that area.
The only thing I didn't like was being called 2.5 hours before my time window I selected (for a reason) to be told the tech would be there in 35 minutes. There was no way I would have been able to be there to let him in. The service was still provided within my time window, but the tech arrived at the very last minute of that window to no fault of his own due to dispatch not setting up the schedule correctly from the start (it almost felt as if I was being punished for not accommodating the schedule dispatch set up - lol). The tech apologized multiple times and I let him know it wasn't his fault because I understand he doesn't set the schedule.

Upfront and honest assessment of the scope of work and time frame to complete. All options were discard agreed upon during the initial evaluation and work was completed in a courteous and respectful manner. Your company slogan should be, "don't throw it out, Rez cue it!" Unbelievable difference in the way this old relic of a carpet looks. We have guests coming soon and while we have new carpet purchased we just didn't have time to have it installed before their arrival so decided to have it cleaned. It's amazing the difference! I'd like to add also that the service was quick and professional from start to finish, never tried to lay on high pressure sales pitches when I asked about other services. I couldn't be happier with your company. Would score you an 11!

Technician was personable and professional
Lance was our technician. He was amazing; a ten out of ten. A fantastic personality and the best technician we've ever had - he got stains out that previously had us disappointed with other ZeroRez technicians that couldn't get them out and was overall way more attentive to detail and providing a better overall clean. He was fabulous; can't say enough good things about him - we will be coming back solely because of him (it's expensive and he definitely made it worth it). This was back in June 2025, we just came across this survey and made sure to fill it out, that's how great he was - we hope he gets his recognition and value paid.
Non-toxic
Mr. Jackson was a very prompt, personable technician. The process was quick and left the carpet looking great and the rooms smelling nice. The price was very fair, especially with the special. We will use zerorez in the future, as will our daughter.
The 2 men that came by and cleaned our air ducts were great! They were super friendly, efficient, and informative! I thought the service was great and they did it for a great price.

Jordan was efficient with timing. He was also pleasant and seems to really enjoy his job and seeing the satisfaction of his customers. He even liked my dog who is full of energy. I went to work today and recommended your company to my co workers. My manager said he had you service his home and he was pleased as well. Jordan also said if there are spots that come back to let you know due to the soil/dirt depth and he would come back. I will definitely recommend you and call you back to service my home.
