The technicians that have come to my home have been awesome - very polite, making sure to do the best job possible and also giving me a little education on the company and their products. The last two guys that were at my home Paul and Milo - super great guys!!! Truly they all have been!

Depending upon which one. Carpet cleaning was reasonably priced. Employee was prompt and very professional. I do feel the air duct cleaning was priced rather high. I had these vents cleaned years ago and although I realize costs have gone up my final charge of $656.14 was almost triple what I had paid before. I have to admit the photos of the ductwork looked quite clean which was not provided by the previous company. I should have inquired to the actual cost before the work began so as not to be surprised by the final bill.
