Scheduling was quick and easy. I called and had an appointment scheduled for later the same week. The service team was very professional and respectful of our home and our pets. I appreciated them taking time to do an upfront walk through of the house and discuss everything after the cleaning was completed. Little things like putting bumpers on the corners of our walls so that hoses weren't scraping our walls were also greatly appreciated. I will definitely use Zerorez again in the future.

The Zerorez crews arrived ahead of schedule, did what they said they would do (duct cleaning), in the manner I expected it to be done.
They were very professional and left my house neat and clean.

Anthony was amazing. He communicated with me well and clearly, and when my roommate wasn't at the house to let him in on time he was incredibly understanding and helped me work through it on the phone to find a solution. He was compassionate and friendly, I could not have asked for someone better.
Came on time. Carpet is brighter. The cleaner was pleasant and easy to work with. I wish there had been two people--it might not have taken quite as long to do the job. He was neat, organized and cleaned up well afterwards.
