Dave was my technician. A really nice man with a terrific personality. He was quick, yet efficient. He explained what he was going to do and told me to come to him with any questions or concerns I may have. He also told me about some of the OTC products and what they contain and why they are not always effective when trying to get small stains out on my own.

The service was prompt and very effective. My rugs have never looked as clean since they were installed. The technician, whose name was "Mello" was extremely polite and professional. He was an intensely hard worker who was singularly focused on doing the best job possible.

We have been using Zerorez for a few years now, and absolutely love it. The last two times we have gotten extremely lucky and have had Brandon as our technician. Now, I say this not because our previous technicians were not good, because that is not the case - but my husband and I really bonded with Brandon because of his personality and dedication to his job. I cannot say enough good things about him - extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable about the products and services. When he came back this last time, he remembered our house, rooms, that we had two (crazy dogs) and knew exactly what we were looking for.
