I live in an old Victorian house. The carpets on the second floor didn’t look horrible, but after losing our dog last year, I wanted to get the carpets cleaned. Paul came to the house and was very sweet and nice, especially to my daughter who was next to him every step of the way! He was honest and didn’t try to push on upgrading the 3-room and hallway package that I had purchased. He started in the my bedroom. Me and my children just watched and commented on how insane the difference was! I couldn’t believe that the carpets were that dirty and we had been living like that for a while. Quite frankly, it was embarrassing. Paul assured me he had seen worse! He was very efficient, only stayed about 30-45 minutes but he sure did work miracles! I am thoroughly impressed by the differences! I highly recommend getting this done to your house. Especially if you have pets!

Lance Cain did a phenomenal job and was a delight to deal with. He was personable, professional and dedicated to a perfect result. I had hired Zerorez when I first moved it. At the time, spots emerged on the carpet and I was told they would be permanent. I was figured this must be so and was happy with the service. Lance said he could get them all out — and there were far more to deal with as a result of the intervening years. And he did!! The carpet that I thought would need to be replaced soon now looks brand new. I am a fan and will recommend Zerorez and Lance, in particular, to everyone who needs this service.
