Awesome customer service-from the person who answered the phone and scheduled our appointment to the people who did the duct cleaning. The appt was set for someone to arrive 8/12 1-4 pm. I got a call that there would be a delay and someone would be there at 5 pm. I was given the option of keeping the appointment or rescheduling. I kept the appointment. Next thing I knew another crew was taking over and could be at my house within 30 minutes. That crew, Saige and Joe, were very polite, friendly and professional. They introduced themselves right away. Joe took off his shoes and Saige wore shoe covers. Saige asked several times if we had any questions and kept us informed of how long it would take while he was working. They gave us before and after pictures of the ducts as well. Highly recommend Zerorez.
