It was easy to make an appointment and to obtain a date/time without waiting for days or weeks. The technician (Brandon) was knowledgeable and friendly and he was careful of how he worked around the other furniture in the house. The pricing was a great deal with the special offer at the time with the holiday discount.

First time customer here with no regrets. Honestly wasn’t sure what to expect since my husband ended up having to work an couldn’t be home with me when they came. The technician was such a nice guy! He did a great job cleaning our carpeting, and he answered all my questions. I appreciate that he was professional yet pleasant and down to earth..so I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all! The service tech who came to my house could not have been nicer or more professional. I have two big dogs and people are often afraid of them and he was wonderful with them. He did a beautiful job on my rugs and he explained everything about some spots that were caused by those two big dogs lol. my carpets look great, and it was a pleasure to have him in my home.
