First of all it is your staff, from Raven who took my call, to Sage and I apologize for not remembering his co workers name who cleaned the ducts and finally to Kevin who cleaned my carpets with excellent results. My total bill was around $1500 and I feel I got a good value for the money. As a result my husband scheduled Zerorez to clean his office building and tenant space. I have recommended your service to my friend and I expect you will be hearing from them. Lastly, I like the process for cleaning carpets using no soap or scrubbers, I sent our rather expensive area rug out for cleaning and it was returned almost like new. I heard your ad on KDKA and I am so glad I called.

The appointment was simple. Agent on phone to book appointment was super nice. The cleaning tech that arrived was even better.
