Lance did an incredible job cleaning and bringing life to our 19 year old carpets. They look fantastic, and he was courteous and professional. He explained the process, worked hard to get out some really tough spots, and shared other services Zerorex offers-without being pushy. Definitely using them again!
Technician was competent, thorough and friendly. We appreciated that he wore shoe covers and put down mats to protect out hardwood floors from the hose. Our ceramic tile and grout are noticeably clean.

You were able to clean my dryer duct however there was a problem with the drying connection so they advised that I get this corrected by a contractor in order to have the dryer dry more effectively.
