Zerorez was very timely, they kept in communication with me during the process, and they were done very quickly. We were moving into a new home and wanted the carpets cleaned as there were some old stains and they got the majority out with just their regular process without the upgraded cleaner. I would highly recommend them.

Service was great ! Paris the service tech called before he showed up and at our house at the time he said he would be there. He did a quick walk through with me to see what needed done. He got right down to Business getting everything he needed. Paris explained everything he was doing and kept busy getting our carpets cleaned. He seemed to be very dedicated to do a great job. The wife and I are very pleased with the work Paris did. We wouldn't hesitate to have him (Paris) back again to clean our carpets again. Probably in another 12 months. Thanks, Bob Safko

After the cleaning, I was concerned about the cleanliness of the edges of the stairs that were cleaned.

Brandon agreed to re-clean the areas that were in question and they looked much better. Now that the carpet dried, they look better yet.

I appreciate him giving the step edges additional care.

The other areas look very nice. He and Trent were professional and careful in their work.
