This was my 1st time using Zerorez. I had a few friends tell me that they used them and were very pleased so I decided to give them a try. Technician called a while before he was on his way and when he arrived he was professional, kind and explained everything. He even covered my door which had to be because of hoses being used. My carpet was not in very good shape, at least 14 years old. I did not expect much but I would feel the carpets were at least clean. I was so surprised, they looked so much better and smell so good. I am very glad that I used Zerorez and would recommend them and use them again. I had used other companies before and was disappointed in the results plus they tried to sell me everything under the sun. You would NOT be at all disappointed with this company.
Lance was very knowledgeable regarding cleaning the carpets and recommending adding the additional bacteria cleaner. He was quick and very kind.

I have always been pleased with the carpet cleaning services we have received from Zerorez, which is why I am a repeat customer. The carpet dries in an appropriate amount of time, unlike other name-brand companies that seemed to over-soak my carpet and area rugs. Plus, I have found your technicians to be extremely professional, friendly and respectful of my home (meaning, they wear shoe coverings, comment on things they observe that we might want to move, etc.). My most-recent technician, Micah, was the most personable and professional service provider who has been in our home in the last several years and I'm talking about a wide-range of folks who were doing remodelling or repairs. Micah is at the beginning of his career but I can see him going far. Impressive young man. Plus, he likes dogs!
