Your person who answered the phone was so nice and knowledgeable. She explained everything I asked her. I set up the date with her to have our area rugs cleaned. She took down the information and set up an appointment with me.

The young lady who picked up the area rugs was very nice also, she called and asked if she could come a little earlier and she did. She took her pictures and said the rugs were in good shape. My husband wanted to help her with the rugs and she lifted them up herself and was on her way. Very pleasant and knowledgeable as well.
