Saige was very thorough and made sure to explain the process beforehand, then checked in with me multiple times throughout the cleaning to keep me updated and make sure I didn't have any questions. They did a great job and I felt comfortable with them in my home.

Absolutely do a fine job. I just believe that the add-ons like dryer vent cleaning and fogging are way too expensive and pretty much double the quoted price.
They should be more like 50 bucks and not $150 each

Anthony, the service tech, was efficient, neat and friendly. There were tea stains in several areas of the cream carpet that he was able to remove. I was very happy w the results in all the bedrooms. I highly recommend Zerorez!

John Jackson was fantastic! This is the second year that he has cleaned for us. We repeated because of his performance last year. He was quick, efficient and our carpets look like new.

Jordan was very professional and did a super awesome job on my mom’s carpets. They look brand new. Jordan was super nice and polite. He did his job and still took a little time to talk to us.

The customer service and in-person service were above and beyond. They make you feel that they want your business (which seems lost by many companies today). Very friendly and made us aware that it was important that they did a good job. Second time using ZEROREZ and will be using them again in the future.

Great communication and quality of work! I was out town the weekend our service was scheduled and the company was very flexible and accommodating to make sure all communications also went to my mother in law who was going to let them in and out of the house for me. They left everything super clean and neat and I can already tell a huge difference in the air quality in our house! Prices were extremely reasonable and they had a nice spring special running when I booked for an extra $100 off a service booking. My only reason for not giving a perfect 10 is because there was one small vent that seems had gotten missed, but still had a great experience with ZeroRez and would definitely recommend them and book services with them again.
