He asked me if I had any concerns and he addressed those concerns during his cleaning. He was prompt and efficient. My carpeting looks fantastic and smells great. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone who needs a good carpet cleaning. I will have them back to do my furniture soon.

Overall carpet came out amazing. Jordan was friendly and professional. We had a cat urine issue and it appears that it has mostly been taken care off. One area still has a bit of a smell and hence the reason I did not give a 10 but it was a significant reduction.

We wernt happy at first and after 5 months of calling we made contact with Cody and he was able to get in touch in touch with someone to help us.luke came on the 11th of July and did some tests that proved that it could be done better,even traffic areas..we now will now recommend you and say they will work to get UT right

When I scheduled Zerorez to clean my late uncle's carpet, I was told the zerorez tech would arrive between the hours of 8 am - 11 am on the agreed upon date. On the morning of the scheduled appointment, the tech gave me a courtesy call and said he was about 30 minutes away. I appreciated that. He arrived promptly and was very respectful. He got right to work. The carpet was HEAVILY soiled in some areas. I wasn't expecting much. The carpets look way cleaner and the heavily soiled areas I mentioned are either lightened up considerably or gone. I would not hesitate to use zerorez in my home for my next carpet cleaning.
