Your staff on the phone was always fantastic: Kind, helpful, understanding and accommodating. At a time when it's hard to even get a person to answer when you call many businesses, it was a wonderfully refreshing change to work with a company that clearly prides itself on customer service. Zerorez does everything well. From scheduling to timeliness of appointments to the actual cleaning process. I have been using Zerorez since 2017 and have never been disappointed. Their personnel are extremely professional and thorough. I want to give a shout out to Dain. He did a fabulous job.
