The corepower sculpt class I took was incredible. I really enjoyed the yoga flow mixed with weighted exercises.....all while sweating like crazy!

I immediately fell in love with the vibe of CPY. Everyone that works there has an amazing attitude that is contagious. More than that, the yoga is a mind/body/soul work out that leaves you feeling amazing. Very excited to begin my journey with CPY!

CPY is close to my apartment and was referred to me by a coworker that is currently in the teacher training program. My first class, Hot Fusion, was last night and I loved it!! The instructor was awesome. She is clearly knowledgeable and loves what she does. I thought the class was challenging which has led me to believe I need more yoga in my life. I took a class at 6am this morning that was a tad more challenging. I loved it too. I'm hooked.

How the place and the teachers are not pretentious. I like that the teacher knew my name and she was attentive to my beginner level. She was able to image the poses which made it a better experience.

The location was convenient to my home. The facility and locker rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The class was great and the instructor was thorough and offered options for different levels.

What do you like about our products and services?

The music during the class and also the teaching that occurs during the classes. Instead of just now you can enter into your inversion, at cpy I am taught how to add that to my practice.
