I loved how hands on the teacher was. I have taken yoga classes for several years and have never had someone directly help or adjust me. Over time, we all forget details within our habits; it was great to be restructured.

What do you like about our products and services?

Corepower is by far the best yoga studio I have ever been to. I love the consistency of the classes and instructors. I call them my therapists, because I always leave feeling mentally and physically better than when I walked in. Beyond just yoga, I enjoy how the instructors encourage you to contemplate some kind of life lesson or bigger picture idea in each class--but it's not overbearing. It's the perfect balance. I always look forward to class and have yet to be disappointed.
