Great class, welcoming, challenging.

This is the first studio that I have a strong pull to attend a class. Every instructor is passionate and strong. They are inspiring and have grown personally since joining this studio.

I love CPY and have actually already successfully recruited 3 friends/family into the CPY cult. No matter what, I always walk away from class feeling better than I did when I walked in. I like that I can get both strength/cardio in Sculpt and also my yoga in C2 -- it makes spending the $155 a month feel a little more reasonable. By far, the best part of CPY are the instructors-- it's so important to me to have someone who is high energy and motivational, and also expresses their confidence in my ability to do something I might not think I can do and encourages me to find out how far I can push myself. I also LOVE corrections, and once I find an instructor that corrects often I make sure to go to their classes. I have taken class from almost all of the C2 instructors at Henderson, and my favorites are: Maggie, Lisa P, Emilee, and Lisa J. I've only taken sculpt with Genieve and I love her!

I love the encouraging, challenging, and powerful nature of the classes. I feel pushed harder than I push myself, but without overdoing it. I am more aware of my body, its limits, and how to stretch those limits. Thank you Corepower!

A great majority of the CorePower Yoga instructors that I've had the pleasure of taking a class from have been absolutely wonderful. They are welcoming, encouraging and make classes enjoyable and challenging for people of all levels in their practice. The studios are all gorgeous and seem to be in pristine condition, which makes CPY a pleasant space to practice in. And having some retail items in the store doesn't hurt if you ever want to browse for gear before or after class. Overall the CPY studios in my area are great, but I would eventually love more variety in classes other than just HPF, C1, C2 and Yoga Sculpt.

I loved the cleanliness of the studio and locker rooms.

I love the consistency of the classes, I can always count on a quality experience. I often take the C1 class and the instructor Maria makes it relevant for everyone, regardless of your actual level of expertise. She enrolls you into the how and why of the pose which is great so I can continue to correct or improve, even if someone is not there giving cues.

The workout is awesome! The instructor was absolutely amazing! Ronnie was helpful, encouraging, enthusiastic and friendly!

The cardio and weights

I love all the products that you have instore. The clothing is awesome, sometimes expensive but thats usually why I wait till the sales to buy something. Services are also great, everyone is always willing to answer any questions with a smile of their face.

Class was great. But it's horrible trying to get a hold of anyone at the studio.

I love the variety of classes offered. I feel like I get a great workout each time. I also really love the instructors I have. They are very encouraging and also make me feel like I have a connection with the studio and my yoga practice even though I have only been coming for a few days!
