I love Corepower because when I go to a class I truly feel I am building up my mind and body at the same time. It's not just a workout, but it's a very good one! Also the instructors are all wonderful and make my day better.

I really like the structure and flow of the classes I have attended this far, plus I love that CorePower has so many locations and opportunities. At the Henderson locations, classes were upbeat and fun, yet challenging! Every class I've been to has had great music that matches the flow of the class. I'm on the journey to getting in better shape, and I can't wait to gain strength and become more stable so I can try the upper level sculpting classes! Additionally, I really appreciate that the instructors were observant and always helpful when my poses needed better alignment. They always take the time to explain the pose without slowing down the flow, which means I'm comfortable asking friends that don't practice you often to come to class with me because if they are do a pose in a way that may harm their body the instructors at CorePower Henderson aren't going to turn a blind eye (which has happened in other non-CorePower studios around Dallas). I've been looking for an athletic yoga studio that matched my past experiences ever since I moved to Dallas a year ago, and I have found the one I will stick with!

It's a very personalized yoga experience. The instructors are all very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is great! Perfect place to escape for an hour during a hectic day.

I like that the room is heated

The quality of instruction was consistently excellent (and I've taken classes with probably eight different instructors so far). The composition of the classes was unique, inventive and refreshingly 'different' from the typical vinyasa flow that I find in other studios. I've visited three different studios and they were all clean and very upscale.

I love the passion in the teaching. I work for MINDBODY Software so already knew how amazing corepower yoga was but after actually experiencing a few classes I cannot wait to come back tonight for two back to back classes.

The facility is inviting and very clean. It is spacious. It has a warm and friendly atmosphere. The yoga teaching rooms are quiet and spacious. The instructor was very helpful. She enjoyed teaching us and was able to provide individual assistance. She also added both a genuine respect for each person and a respect for the practice of yoga whether it was for beginners or more advanced students. I felt challenged but also accepted.

I loved the class I too!k It was an awesome combination of fast paced yoga with weights and cardio! I had never taken a class like it before.....it just seem so unique to me. After I felt like my whole body had been worked!
