I live super close and it makes things convenient that you offer so many classes at all times of the day. I like to try different instructors to see what feels good for me. Plus its important to me to have a warm/hot studio that doesn't smell bad. Sunstone and Bikram usually have a musty smell.

I loved this C2 class! At 6AM, I was nervous I would not have the stamina or energy to get through it. Allison, the instructor, was poised and encouraging without being intimidating. Great traits compared to many of the classes I have taken locally. I can't wait to come back!

Staff is always kind, upbeat, helpful, caring and knowledgable. The place is clean and beautiful. I really can't think of one bad thing other than challenging parking at times.

I love the Yoga Sculpt class. Have been to many studios in DFW and have not found anything else like it. Abbie's class on Sat at Henderson is the best! I would love for her to teach more classes. Her energy is contagious!

CPY offers a feeling of community which very few places do. The instructors also make glass an enjoyable experience rather than just going through the motions.
