The class was intament and the products available were great! I will be returning!
The instructor was very calming and helpful. After one hour I was drenched in sweat but I left happy because I have accomplished another item of my bucket list. Yoga is a lot harder than it seems and the heated room really makes it burn.

I appreciate how accomodating the entire staff is. Whether it is respecting your space or taking extra time to chat, you really feel that you are a part of the community. I never sense any pretentious attitudes since all instructors focus on growth and individually praise students throughout class. I like how the class schedule remains pretty consistent so that I can always attend my favorite instructors' classes and also the variations between instructors/classes to keep things fun. It really makes a difference when instructors make an effort to learn your name and also change up the instruction and modify it when possible.
Loved beginning yoga class with Ann. She was so helpful and kind with it being my first time practicing yoga.

The teacher.Rachel, was awesome! Very positive and in tune with the class. Offered alternate poses and adjustments when necessary with students approval. Facility was very clean and yoga room was well lit and conducive to yoga practice. I will definitely go back and recommend the facility and core power to my friends
I love going to the classes. The instructors are all so great and are definitely properly trained. I leave my practice feeling tranquil and centered. The products sold are also great. You have a great variety of brands and designs and I always make sure to take a look at new inventory.

Classes are great and every single instructor is wonderful! In every class I've taken each instructor brings a little something different. I couldn't be happier with this cope power location!
