Variety of classes and time offerings. Friendly and supportive instructors
The Sauganash studio is a cozy and inviting studio. The teachers are absolutely amazing, especially Juli, Breanne, Christine, Kayla, and Hannah! These teachers create an environment in the class that makes everybody want to try and be the best to their ability. The teachers give stay after class to help postures that students are additionally working on. They ask what the students would like during the class. The changing rooms are clean and the bathrooms always smell nice.
The reason why I gave this studio a 9 instead of a 10 is because I'm not a fan of the Sculpt classes. I believe they could be better.

I absolutely love Corepower. There aren't any words to describe it. The instructors are phenomenal and they helped me fall in even deeper love with yoga.

Yesterday evening was my first CorePower yoga class. Mike was a great instructor, the facility was clean, roomy and very friendly. I would definitely recommend it to others.

The CPY community is very welcoming and respectful of students. There are so many class options that fit anyone's fitness preferences. I always encourage people to try out CPY no matter how hesistant they are because the environment focuses on growth rather than competition.
