The new Sauganash studio is very clean and modern. It has a nice aesthetic. I really enjoyed Dave York's C2 class. I personally hate when the instructors tell me to work on my abs for my bikini body, and always worry about that at CorePower. I don't mind the ab work as long as it doesn't come with all of the thoughts that I want to take myself away from in the yoga studio. Dave did not do that and his sequencing was very calming yet challenging and that is why my rating is higher than it may have been in the past.
