Love the instructors at Core Power-Sauganash; every instructor makes you feel very comfortable and you can tell they truely love what they do. Love the motivation and inspiration they add to the classes. It also helps that the classes are not too packed like several other locations I have been too.

I usually go to Old Orchard, but I will catch a class at Sauganash if the class times work. I've found the teachers to be very helpful and personable. Hannah is super sweet and encouraging.

Instructors guide your through the movements and the classes are never super crowded. It would be great to see a CorePower 1.5 class offered at least once a week in the late afternoon or evening.
