The studio is clean and spacious. It serves a diverse group of people. Staff are friendly.
I love sculpt classes, and I especially love Haley K and Mark's classes...I like the 7:15 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and am disappointed that they get cancelled so often for Teacher Training or Boot Camp, etc.

Amira was great! She was friendly and personable. She also took the time to explain the process and make recommendations on classes to take.
First and foremost, the teachers at CPY Sauganash are amazing. So wonderful, inspiring, giving and gifted. Cannot say enough good things about such good people.
Products? Love 'em. Just got the best mat ever at CPY Sauganash based on the advice of one of the teachers. It's great to see a fun new outfit on display and the other accessories are fab too.
Also really appreciate that there are always towels, water and shower amenities available.
But the best of the best are the TEACHERS. Breanne, Helen, Joe, Mike B, Christine W, Christine L, Elena — OMGosh, everyone is so amazing here. I'd never taken one of Jessica Tu's classes until Saturday morning, and Wow. Lovely.

Clean facility, very nice staff, and excellent yoga instructor.
The staff was so nice. And my teachers are really awesome especially autumn. Pace of the class is a little bit slower than I'm used to and the temperature wasn't particularly hot and the hpf class. Otherwise it was a really nice experience.
