The various types of classes offered at CPY are plenty to choose from. All give different types of workouts and depending on how I feel or the type workout I want to have I am able to choose from a variety of classes. I love breaking up my favorite CPY class, Sculpt, with HPF!

Wonderful studio! Knowledgeable and welcoming staff, very clean and calm environment and a great variety of classes. I only wish there was a 4:30pm sculpt class on a weekday. However, I never have a problem finding a class to attend and I have been impressed by every instructor and every class I have taken here. Thank you for a great studio!
