I've had a membership at CPY for years. I like the variety of classes, the scheduling, the people... there is something for everyone. I especially like sauganash for the Cardio Circuit classes that I haven't seen anyone else offer.

I really enjoyed my class. The instructor was very professional, enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful. The class was perfect, everything my body needed and the adjustments and guidance where very appreciated.

Lots of class times, plus a wide array of classes. Friendly instructors who are engaging but not overly so. The facility is clean and well appointed. Parking is close and abundant.

I like the variety of classes and instructors. The managers are very open to feedback on the schedule. The studio is clean and the clothing inventory is great.
