Great service
I love using the app to check schedules and locations. The scheduled classes really works with my schedule, I feel I can always find a class at a convenient time. Instructors are really nice and knowledgeable and I always feel welcomed and acknowledged when I walk in the door. Facilities are really clean and bright and free of clutter.
I wish there was a sculpt class at 4 or 4:30
This was my first try at yoga, I felt a bit nervous walking in but the instructor and staff were so welcoming and encouraging. Even for a newbie I was able to follow along in class and didn't feel any sort of judgment. It was a great experience. I'm looking forward to going back and learning something new.

Friendly and supportive staff. I am a newbie and they really have made me feel comfortable.
I really enjoyed the session & the instructor didn't make me feel out of place since I am not able to do many of the maneuvers due to horrible arthritis. I look forward to going back for more classes. I also like the Level 1 classes are during the day, not later in the afternoon. I used to go to the one in Park Ridge, but there Level 1 class is only offered late in the day. So this location is my new go to.
