The Dr. took the time to show and explain everything in a way I could understand. Was very patient and seemed to really care about what I was there for. Unlike another Orthopedic Surgeon who just seemed to brush me off and didn't seem to care or explain anything to me.

Expect people who are pleasant and efficient. I am right handed but a stroke caused me to be left-handed. Very slow to write but everyone is very helpful and fast. All doctors are well versed in their specialty. I am always happy to have been there.

Everything was very good and timely, However I find the parking situation difficult. If a person is a driver and not a drop off patient and has difficulty walking, the distance to get to the office is difficult.

Every time I go to JOI they fix me right up. I have seen Dr Madden for my hands and Dr Bell for my knees. Thank you lord Jesus they know their stuff. I was beginning to loose confidence in the medical field else where. They both have a great bedside manner.

I like the way that you sign in and are then taken to the elevator to the floor where your doctor is located. This is done presently due to construction on the second floor reception area. I am very impressed by the way that appointments are expedited.
