It was so wonderful to meet a doctor like Dr. Carlos Tandron on my first visit to JOI. PTL. He was so patient and kind and provided outstanding medical care, during my visit. His demeanor is rare and we need more doctors like him. He is like the doctors from my past and I want to "Thank" him from my heart. It was so very refreshing, to actually experience medical professionalism in our world today. So sad, our healthcare system has changed drastically in the past few years. Was skeptical for my first appointment because I haven’t had any luck in the past with other locations. They were super friendly, able to give me a diagnosis that made sense, educated me in my diagnosis, and worked right away on treatment plan! Feeling optimistic and ready to heal properly to be more functional. Very knowledgeable staff and wonderful interpersonal skills. Highly recommend them

Dr Kitay is great! Very nice doctor! Dr. Kitay’s office staff was very professional, every was ran top notch, ran so that there was no down time sitting, was taken back to medical assistant, then Dr Kitaya came in , then rehab and I was ready to go.
