The Doctors are very caring people who demonstrate they want to help you with your problem. Also if you need x[rays etc, they have these types of equipment to see your problem so you do not have to go to another imaging center. It's all done right there!

Have been a customer/patient of JOI for years having had both a full knee and full hip replacement. This visit was to have a shoulder exam as I have recently had a lot of pain. My meeting with Dr. Kaplan after X-Rays was informative and reassuring.

I want to commend the lady who set up my appointment. I wish I knew her name; she was so helpful and understanding. I called on Monday morning, 9/19, and really needed to get in to see someone. She continued to look at doctors' schedules until she found Dr. Kaplan could see me Wednesday, 9/21, morning. She was terrific!
