I was actually going to cancel my appointment because, when I called to try and get the digital forms the young lady was so rude and unprofessional…
I explained to her that I made appointment
But I never got an email for the digital forms
And she said because you didn’t give us your email,,, I said I did buts it’s okay .. and I told her I made patient portal could she send them .., it doesn’t work like that … I need your email and you will get the forms after 3pm … no forms ever came …
But when I went to my appointment they were amazing very friendly and professional I was quite impressed…
