Very helpful, friendly and efficient front desk people. Very competent Nurses and X-ray staff. But most of all, JOI has the most competent Doctors. They are thorough in their examinations. They explain things in easy to understand language. Their diagnosis is on target. And they always make me feel better!

Everyone I came in contact with from check in until my appointment was finished was helpful and friendly. Transition from check in to rooming to xray to seeing the doctor was efficient with little wait time between. Dr. Steinberg and his staff are all very kind.
