Courteous staff
First of all, Dr. Madden has done carpal tunnel surgery on both my wrists and I highly recommend her. Not only is she a great surgeon, but a very nice person, as well. However, I do believe I must have done something to cause the carpal tunnel to come back to my hand and went in to see her. She recommended doing a study and said someone would be in touch with me to get it scheduled. A person named Jill called and left a message to return her phone call; I did and asked her questions and left my name and phone number. I believe she did call back; did NOT answer any of my questions and played phone tag. Anyway, I called back ONE MORE TIME asked questions, left my name and phone number (that was last week) and have not heard a word since!!!!! I am NOT calling back again and hopefully this message will get to someone who can answer my questions via phone or email, so I know what is going on. This is unacceptable and I would like to hear from someone, who is knowledgable about the questions I asked.

I was very impressed how I got an appointment with this establishment on the same day that I called. Everyone work like professional's from my first phone call to the end picking up the brace. The building was very clean and well manned with staff. I was seen right on time of my appointment. I noticed the team work while I was there being the main reason why everything went so well and smooth. I was well please with the service that I received. Thanks to the whole team.
