the entire staff and process of receiving top quality medical care and attention to detail was evident from my point of view of as a new patient, I had to see two different doctors for different medical issues, I was given appointments in a reasonable amount of time and had all my pre registration documents complete prior to my visit thanks to the on line patient portal which even has all your medical record. The only suggestion I would have is to allow patients to submit medical records through the portal so the doctor can have access to them prior to the visit and the patient would not need to bring in these in by hand ib paper format. In my case, I had a MRI report that I brought in for the doctor to review.
The staff is very professional, they are very friendly and willing to help, Dr. Jennifer Madden explained very well what was happening to me, the treatment she was going to perform and took away my pain, in addition to sending me the tests I need, in addition I am very grateful to Jacksonville Orthopedic institutions for providing me with a Spanish-speaking translator.
When I tried for 3 days to get central appts to answer to no avail and left 3 messages which they never returned, I called my doctor’s nurse, Nicole, and left her a message and she promptly called me back and got me in the next day. She was pleasant and helpful and prompt. She gets an A+ from me.

Everyone was very kind and responsive. I didn’t feel like a burden and felt very welcome as a new patient with Dr. Snider. The front desk staff and MAs were very professional as well and the NP even came in before the Dr. to help get me started while I was waiting. Overall 10/10 for the whole team.
