JOI is a very efficient but not at the cost of customer service. Reception and nursing staff are professional, friendly, and engaging. Dr. Solis is upbeat and easy to talk to. I won't go anywhere else for orthopedic care.

The people are the best..
They were easy to work with from setting the appointment to checkout. The staff was friendly and competent. The office and patient rooms were clean and quiet. The Doctor was quick to come in, easy to talk with and explained his diagnosis and make suggestions. A very good visit and we've recommended JOI to others.

Everyone was friendly and efficient. The building was clean and attractive. Dr Kitay was a refreshing change from the usual doctor in an office. He was courteous and most of all he listened and asked pertinent questions. He discussed my issues and what a plan of action would be needed to correct my problem. Would highly recommend the institute and Dr Kitay!
