Being a resident of Saint Augustine it is closer to go to Baptism South than downtown Jacksonville JOI offices.
Wish that the would do the surgery at Baptism South instead of going downtown

Always great care from staff and doctors
All staff and Dr. Kitay were pleasant and professional. Dr. Kitay listened to and addressed my medical issue while explaining to me what my options were. Once I decided on a minor aspiration of my cyst, he explained what he was doing, while he was doing it, so that I had no "surprises". His JOI office was clean and inviting.
Explained the issue in laymans terms and was personable . Did not encourage the need for surgery. Dr. Madden is kind and thorough.

The person who scheduled me on the phone was extremely helpful. The staff in the office was pleasant, upbeat, and attentive. The PA that I saw was patient and insightful. Happy to recommend to anyone. Will be back.
