The opportunity to actually meet with a doctor - not just a nurse or assistant. I liked that they could do an X-ray in their office and not have you go somewhere else and it was read by the doctor while you are in the office.
Even though I arrived early for my appointment, I didn't have to wait for the official appointment time. The staff were friendly and professional. The X-ray procedure took very little time. And I didn't have to wait long for Dr Picerno to come tell me what he saw on the X-rays. Dr Picerno patiently let me explain the two different issues that had brought me to JOI, and he has a good sense of humor. I felt very comfortable talking to him. Good experience.
