Scheduling and appointment process very efficient; office staff was professional and friendly. Xrays done immediately and onsite. Dr. Doward was kind and really listened to me as I described my issues. He went over the xrays with me carefully and made recommendations, which included steroid injections at that visit. John Tierney, P.A., who administered the injections, was very gentle and explained exactly what would happen. I must say that they made a marked difference as early as the next day! Recommendations also included some physical therapy which I will begin next week. I feel extremely confident that JOI is going to help me with my knee and hlp pain and I look forward to a continued relationship with them.
