The whole process was nice and friendly staff and doctors.
Promptness of service. My appointment was scheduled for 9:50 a.m. Called at 9:52 by the nurse who did all the preliminary work, followed by a lab technician for X-rays and a brief wait for the doctor. Dr. Bell reviewed the X-rays and discussed the problem with me. He then did a physical exam of my knee and made recommendations and exercises to assist healing. I looked at the time as I was leaving the parking garage. It was 10:29 a.m.

Dr T was great! He diagnosed my syndrome as soon as he reviewed my chart! He asked pertinent questions and was direct when explaining my options! Best doctor experience!

I went to see doc because of a couple of shoulder injuries and was impressed by the professional demeanor of the staff. I haven’t had the surgery yet but the doctors here come highly recommended so I’m sure it will be good.

It was my first time there, and the doctor was very kind, so was the person before him the doctor explained to me everything I needed to know about what is going to happen with my knee and that left me to be reassured that I’m going to be taken care of

The office staff are very helpful and friendly. It was my first time seeing Dr. Young and I really liked him. He was very professional and compassionate.
I was able to get an appointment quickly. Not sure if there was a cancellation but I called on Wednesday and was offered a Thursday appointment. I was seen pretty shortly after my appointment time, the provider ( a P.A.) was nice, explained options and answered all my questions.
