check in was easy, not a very long wait to see doctor, xrays were quick and efficient The only negative was that I was referred to another doctor in the practice and was not able to get an appointment until mar 28,I had hoped for something earlier. The lady helping me at check out and trying to schedule my next appointment was extremely helpful

Dr. Steinberg embodies all those qualities one would hope to encounter from a medical provider. He is informative, kind, personable, reassuring, and an exceptionally good listener. His support staff mirrors these attributes. Perhaps front-desk associates, and dare I say some other physicians at this location, could be uptrained to reflect the high standards of care given by Dr. Steinberg. I cannot say JOI necessarily deserves 5 stars, but certainly Dr. Steinberg does.
The wait time was minimal. I preregistered online and that sped up the check in process. Once I was taken to a room everything went very smooth. Every step from X-ray to getting an injection was handled quickly and professionally. Every person I had contact with treated me very well. Dr Kitay was friendly and listened to my problem. Dr Kitay diagnosed my problem made a suggestion on treatment and treated with my permission. Very happy with Dr Kitay and everyone associated with JOI.
