Kindness, understanding staff. Hate how hard it was to get a hold of you to make the appointment. November referral took until February to get an appointment. I had to get my insurance company involved to even get an appointment. I really appreciate the reaffirming that my hip needs to be replaced. The pain has been unbearable. I have been struggling to do all the activities that it takes to have a life. Getting dressed was painful enoughto wear me out I have to lay back down. The Kindness, the reaffirming and the scheduled surgery have givenme hope. Thank you.
