It is rare to find consistency in medical organizations. They usually do a good job once or twice but end up being a disappointment. JOI is the opposite. I have been going there a few years now and it is consistently excellent. The staff is “always“ friendly and caring. I have received care from two doctors and I couldn’t be more impressed. They actually take the time to listen, and they make you feel comfortable and confident with their care. They never disappoint.

The first thing that struck me was that the whole process of the appointment was very efficient. I was seen right around my scheduled time, didn’t wait long, and was only there for a total of an hour. PA John Tierty and his nurse were very helpful, reassuring, and professional. I felt seen and heard and I was very satisfied with the solutions provided to me and for the clear and easy to understand explanation of my latest imaging results. I came in very anxious and left feeling extremely reassured. I now know I am in good hands and am looking forward to starting PT downstairs later this week. Thank you, JOI San Marco!
I like the fast service that they have most of the time. I Love the doctors that has treated over the years iuts clean . The nurses has always been Great as well. I’d rather go to the hospital compared to any other.
Everything was efficiently handled in a very professional manner. Wait times were very minimal.
I like everything EXCEPT how long it takes to get an appointment and THEN
how long it takes to get an MRI. I’ve been trying to get treatment for a knee injured in a fall since December 21, 2022.
X-ray girl did want to clean the table and was bitchy when I ask her too. Other the that staff was great. Dr Freeman is always very nice and great old fashion bed side manner. I greatly appreciate it.
