I haven't had any serious services yet but when my Wife's doctor found out that I had an appointment with him a few hours later, he had me moved up so he took me next and in less than an hour x-rays were taken of my hurting shoulder, a preliminary diagnosis was made and wheels were set in motion to get an MRI. It is not just that I like JOI, I also do not want service at any hospital besides Baptist, any branch. They treated my late wife so well when she was in her last days of cancer in 1986.

The ability to fill out information on-line prior to coming to appointments (Although in my case, the scheduler typed in an incorrect letter in my e-mail address, so I never received the e-mail and had to fill in the "paperwork" when I arrived)
They took a conservative approach to my issue, not immediately recommending surgery.
The doctor was very informative. He was respectful of the fact that I am a snowbird, and might have to continue my treatment up North.
Overall, it was a very good experience.
Once I accomplish setting up my Baptist Portal, things should be easier.
The sign in was easy. I was taken to x=ray soon after. Then I saw the doctor.

I like that Dr Crenshaw was through with my appointment as he was able to give me an injection for my should on the day of my appointment rather than making me wait until another appointment.

Dr Bell is a very knowledgeable & professional doctor who also has a very easy disposition that made me feel as if I were with a friend & doctor who truly cared. This was our first meeting. I left knowing that I was glad I chose to get his opinion.
