Been a patient for about 14 or so years. Everyone is friendly, helpful and organized. Visits get right to the point and I get in and out in a timely fashion. Most important I have had pretty good results.
I so appreciate Dr Carrisquillo and his staff. However, the check in is not great as not one person smiles or makes eye contact. check in feels like a mill and not human to human interaction.

My experience at Joi was a very positive one. The staff was very friendly, I saw my doctor and PA in a very reasonable amount of time. They provided extensive education on treatment plan and made sure all my questions were answered.
